Floater Teacher

We are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable individual to join our team of teachers who are dedicated to improving the lives of students and building supportive learning environments where our students can achieve success both inside and outside of the classroom. This is a challenging position that requires individuals with a wide range of skills including an understanding of the latest educational technology, project management skills, and experience working effectively under pressure. Responsibilities: Attending training workshops, both at the school and in the classroom. Following a curriculum that includes various teaching methods. Working with other teachers to identify difficulties students may be having and how to overcome them. Working with parents to support and educate them on how to help their children succeed in school. Using real-time assessment data from students' tests to individualize the learning process for each student. Creating lesson plans in areas of need based on assessment results. * Job Type: Full-time Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour Benefits: Life insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
