Mail Clerk (Office Automation)

Duties Help Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing official mail, as well as incoming personal mail to mailboxes. Read and reroute mail that is incorrectly addressed. Inspect outgoing mail for completeness and compliance with instructions, U.S. Postal Service regulations, and Defense Health Agency (DHA) requirements. Use office automation software to perform mail and distribution clerk duties. Verify accountable mail numbers against tracking labels and resolve any discrepancies.
