Advancy - NYC - Junior Strategy Consultant (0-3 years experience) This position is for a start date of January 2026 onwards.Junior Consultants are immediately integrated into projects, contribute to analyses and deliverables, and receive guidance and instructions from immediate supervisors (Consultants and Senior Consultants).Candidates should be comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative work, possess agility and curiosity, and desire the opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment.Junior Consultants' daily tasks consist of:Identifying objectives and collecting data across sources to solve complex business issuesDesigning and conducting quantitative analyses to support the client's positioning and growthParticipating in the production of deliverables throughout projectsJunior Consultants' experience at Advancy includes:Direct interactions with senior-level management in leading global companiesInvolvement in exciting and challenging projects as a proactive team memberA meritocratic corporate culture that offers opportunities to participate in projects across our global officesTraining and technical skills improvement through a dedicated programWe offer a competitive compensation package with a base salary range of $90,000 - $100,000, annual bonus, fully covered health insurance, and a 401(k) plan with employer match.Qualifications:Graduate from a top-tier university with a bachelor's degree or above in economics, business, accounting, engineering, or related fields and a high GPA standing.Have 4 months or more of past professional experience across at least two industries.
