Lead Research Engineer

Develop detailed design and deliver a scalable implementation Evaluate products including open-source modules and if need be incorporate them into projects Work in a team of developers, share ideas to solve complex and challenging business problems You should have experience with: Using relational databases preferably SQL Server and/or Oracle Tuning application code and assisting team members in reviewing code and provide suggestions to developers Lead research projects, mentor research engineers, and stay abreast of the latest technologie Develop AI-platform tools by using a variety of NLP, Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning (DL) technologies Contribute to the technical culture of the company by defining and maintaining research standards, methods, and best practices You should have experience with: ML/DL theory and experience with ML/DL frameworks Solving NLP problems using ML/DL Programming languages (preferably Python and Java) Productionizing research projects and launching user-facing features Lead research projects, mentor research engineers, and stay abreast of the latest technologie Develop AI-platform tools by using a variety of NLP, Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning (DL) technologies Lead research projects and stay abreast of the latest technologies Mentor research engineers You should have experience with: Researching and developing machine learning and deep learning technologies Programming languages (preferably Python and Java) Ensuring that Nerds (freelancers) know and follow our policies Review policy violation complaints from users on our platform You should have experience with: Effectively communicating guidelines and ensuring that they are followed Exceptional problem solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
