Full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with compensation paid over a year.Position PurposeProvide direct patient care and support to enhance therapy outcomes by evaluating and treating speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams, and documenting services accurately.Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans. Communicate progress to team members and families. Supervise clinical staff and document services per regulations. Integrate multidisciplinary input and contribute to team meetings. Maintain current knowledge through ongoing education. Promote a positive, professional work environment and ensure safety standards.Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, and California license or eligibility. 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred. Strong communication, supervision, and safety skills. Ability to spend 60-80% of time providing direct patient care.Details Pay rate: $55-$65/hour. Full-time, 40 hours/week.
