Reset and Restore Organizing is a boutique organizing company serving clients who value excellence, discretion, and a beautifully curated home. We are seeking an Organizing Assistant who embodies professionalism, kindness, dependability, and a natural love for order. Qualifications (All Required)Organizational & Creative Ability
Experience organizing for clients, workplaces, friends, or family
Strong sense of spatial flow and design
Ability to work calmly in heavily cluttered environments
Comfort working in a variety of homes and situations
Physical Capability
Able to lift 40+ lbs, climb ladders, bend, and remain on your feet for several hours
Comfortable with dust, garages, attics, and hands-on tasks
Comfortable around pets
Professionalism & Reliability
Extremely punctual, dependable, and consistent
Able to follow direction and self-start when needed
Maintains confidentiality without exception
Communicates clearly and professionally
Technical Ability
Smartphone or tablet required
Basic tech skills
Handy with tools
Decorating or social media skills are a plus
Screening
Must pass a background check
Must provide one professional reference who can speak specifically to your work ethic or organizational ability(no personal references)
Compensation
Hourly Pay: $15–$25 per hour
Rates increase with demonstrated skill, professionalism, and added responsibility.
For team members who consistently show exceptional organizing and styling ability, strong leadership on-site, and excellence in client communication, rates may exceed $25 per hour.
Schedule
Part-time
Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed
Typical workdays are 9am–2pm
Occasional longer days depending on client needs
Responsibilities
Support the Organizing Lead on all client projects
Sort, categorize, and re-home items
Assist with space planning and system implementation
Style and elevate spaces
Load and unload supplies
Remove trash, recycling, and donations
Light cleaning and wipe-downs
Product research and occasional ordering
Donation drop-offs when needed
This Position Will Not Be a Good Fit If:
You are not naturally organized
You get overwhelmed easily
You require constant supervision
You struggle with punctuality or communication
You cannot do physical work
You do not genuinely enjoy helping people create order
