The ideal candidate is experienced in aesthetic procedures, has a strong eye for detail, and is committed to delivering safe, high-quality treatments while building lasting client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins (e.g., Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillersConduct thorough client consultations, assess needs, and develop customized treatment plansEducate clients on procedures, aftercare, and expected outcomesMaintain accurate and detailed medical recordsEnsure compliance with all medical protocols, safety standards, and state regulationsStay up to date with the latest aesthetic techniques and productsCollaborate with the medical and front desk teams to provide an exceptional client experienceSupport clinic goals, including client retention and satisfactionQualifications:Active and unrestricted RN or NP license in the state of TexasMinimum 1-2 years of experience in aesthetic injections (preferred)Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and cosmetic proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build trust and rapport with clientsDetail-oriented with a strong aesthetic senseProfessional, reliable, and team-orientedPreferred Skills:Experience with laser treatments and other non-invasive proceduresCertification in cosmetic injectablesSales experience in a medical or aesthetic settingBenefits:Competitive salary + performance-based incentivesOngoing training and professional developmentEmployee discounts on treatments and productsSupportive and collaborative work environment
