Our mission is to elevate implantology by providing surgeons and restorative clinicians with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.We are now seeking an Academy Operations Manager to take a central role in shaping and executing Noris Medical’s educational programs across the USA and Canada.Position OverviewThe Academy Operations Manager will be responsible for the operational leadership of all educational activities in the region, including professional courses, workshops, cadaver labs, live surgeries, and academic events.This role requires a strategic, hands-on individual who can manage complex logistics, ensure flawless execution of training programs, and collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and global Academy teams.👉 A key part of the role is adapting global educational frameworks to regional needs while maintaining alignment with Noris Medical’s vision, standards, and clinical excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership & Event ExecutionPlan, coordinate, and execute all educational programs, including hands-on courses, live surgeries, and cadaver labs.Manage full logistics lifecycle: venue coordination, travel, equipment shipping, cadaver lab arrangements, local permits, and vendor management.Oversee on-site setup, registration processes, product preparation, course materials, and post-event reporting.Academic Program ManagementImplement and localize global Academy guidelines for the North American market.Maintain program quality, participant satisfaction, and continuous improvement based on KPIs, feedback, and operational insights.Coordinate with KOLs, speakers, and mentors, including schedules, materials, and support needs.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations teams to support commercial goals and strengthen educational impact.Ensure alignment with global Education standards and reporting requirements.Budget & ComplianceManage program budgets, cost control, invoicing flow, and financial accuracy for all educational activities.Maintain compliance with regulatory, ethical, and institutional requirements across the USA and Canada.RequirementsProven experience in operations management, event coordination, or academic program management—preferably in the dental, medical, or medical device industry.Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.Understanding of clinical environments and surgical workflows—strong advantage.Dental/medical degree or background in health sciences — preferred but not mandatory.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive programs from concept to execution.High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer-centric mindset.Additional InformationOpen to all qualified candidates (men/women).Full-time position.Based in Dallas, Texas; regional travel required for courses and events.
