Fathom's extensive certifications include ISO 9001:2015, ISO 9001:2015 Design, ISO 13485:2016, AS9100:2016, NIST 800-171 and ITAR.Key ResponsibilitiesSetup and Operation of CNC vertical machining centersSetup and Operation of horizontal lathesMDI (Manual Data Input) programming, usingInspection using manual gauges and instrumentsUnderstanding of GD&T and ability to read 2-D drawingsMonitor an inspect the part throughout the machining processObserve all company quality and safety proceduresCommunicates and collaborates with team members in the sharing of information and solving technical issuesParticipates in Lean manufacturing eventsQualifications/RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDAssociate degree in a relevant field or (3+) years of experienceStrong work ethic and high attention to detailFlexible, ability to work in a fast-pace team environmentAble to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential informationGreat communication skillsWhat We OfferHealth Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
