Warehouse Receiving associate

Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Receiving Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure smooth and efficient inbound operations. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments, ensuring that inventory is correctly documented and stored. Your proactive approach will help maintain optimal stock levels, support order fulfillment, and uphold safety standards across the distribution center. This position is essential in contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Receive incoming shipments using pallet jacks, verifying quantities against bills of lading and packing lists. Safely and efficiently transport goods within the warehouse. Inspect received items for damage or discrepancies; document issues and communicate with suppliers or supervisors as needed. Assist with order picking, packing, and staging items for outbound shipments to ensure timely order fulfillment. Stock shelves efficiently by organizing products according to warehouse distribution standards. Support shipping & receiving processes by preparing shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper packaging and labeling in compliance with safety standards. Ability to lift up to 50lbs required Experience Prior warehouse experience involving shipping & receiving operations is highly preferred. Experience operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment is desirable. Basic math skills are essential. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment are necessary for success.
