Senior/Staff Software Engineer – Enterprise AI / GenAI (Python)We are hiring an experienced Senior/Staff Software Engineer to build and deploy production-grade Enterprise AI/GenAI applications. This role requires an expert Python engineer with hands-on experience developing scalable AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, cloud technologies, and modern software engineering practices.Key Requirements:8+ years of software engineering experience.Experience with a FAANG, Tier-1 Product, or leading Product-based company is mandatory.Expert-level Python with strong coding, OOP, data structures, algorithms, API development, and debugging skills.Proven experience building production-ready Enterprise AI/GenAI applications (not just POCs or research).Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, REST APIs, Microservices, AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.Strong customer-facing, solution engineering, or forward deployment experience is highly preferred.Ability to work directly with enterprise customers, design scalable solutions, mentor engineers, and drive technical excellence.Preferred Experience:Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AIEnterprise AI/ML deploymentsTelecom domainStartup or Founding Engineer backgroundInterview Process:Candidates should be prepared for a live Python coding assessment as part of the first-round interview
