Company Description Excalibur Leadership Academy is a premier institute in Orange County, California, dedicated to shaping the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs aged 14–17. Launching in Summer 2026, the academy offers an immersive program that goes beyond traditional academics, equipping students with real-world skills such as public speaking, financial literacy, business strategy, AI, sales, and leadership. Students gain hands-on experience through live pitch competitions, consulting projects, and building micro-businesses that generate actual revenue. With a faculty comprising accomplished entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals, the academy provides unparalleled mentorship and practical education that prepares students to lead and innovate in the ever-evolving world. Role Description We are seeking a part-time Commission Sales Associate to help build meaningful partnerships and drive enrollment for Excalibur Leadership Academy. This hybrid position is based in the Orange County and allows for a combination of remote work and in-person engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include building relationships with local HNW familels, schools, organizations, and HOA communities, generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and meeting enrollment targets. You will collaborate closely with the enrollment and admissions team, participate in events, and share the academy's mission to empower the next generation of leaders. Qualifications Strong sales and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record in client acquisition or partnership developmentExperience working and networking with HNW clients and customers in Orange County, CA (hospitality, retail, real estate or related experince is a plus)Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skillsExperience in customer service and providing exceptional supportProficiency in CRM tools, lead tracking, and use of digital platformsDriven, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaborativelyExperience in education or working with youth programs is an advantagePassion for leadership, entrepreneurship, and youth developmentBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field preferred but not required
