On W2 & $80/Hr. On C2CJob SummaryClient is seeking an experienced Oracle Program Manager II to lead large-scale Oracle Cloud Migration initiatives across enterprise platforms. This is an End-to-End (E2E) Program Management role requiring a seasoned Oracle SME who can independently drive complex Oracle transformation programs with minimal supervision.This is not a Scrum Team role.The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience managing Oracle Cloud migration projects, Oracle ERP/EPM implementations, executive stakeholder management, cross-functional program governance, and enterprise delivery execution.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple workstreams, driving project milestones, mitigating risks, and providing executive-level program reporting while partnering with engineering, product, infrastructure, and business leadership teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Oracle Cloud Migration programs.Manage Oracle ERP and Oracle EPM implementation and migration initiatives.Drive overall program planning, execution, governance, and delivery across multiple workstreams.Partner with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and Business leaders to ensure successful program execution.Create and maintain comprehensive Oracle migration project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.Track program progress, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and mitigation plans.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of all program milestones.Prepare executive dashboards, project summaries, and program health reports.Present program status, risks, and delivery updates to senior leadership, including Vice Presidents.Lead Program Test Sync meetings and ensure testing milestones are aligned with project timelines.Develop governance frameworks, communication plans, and reporting mechanisms for enterprise programs.Drive issue resolution and decision-making across multiple stakeholder groups.Ensure successful execution with minimal leadership oversight and provide SME-level guidance throughout the migration lifecycle.Mandatory Skills16+ years of IT experienceExtensive Oracle Program Management experienceProven experience managing Oracle Cloud Migration projectsOracle ERP implementation experienceOracle EPM implementation experienceEnterprise Program ManagementEnd-to-End (E2E) Program DeliveryOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)Project Planning & SchedulingRAID ManagementExecutive Dashboard & Status ReportingStakeholder ManagementCross-functional Team LeadershipRisk & Issue ManagementProgram GovernanceJIRAStrong presentation and communication skillsExperience presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholdersPreferred SkillsOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)Oracle HCMOracle HCM IntegrationsOracle Fusion ApplicationsGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP)SQLProgram Portfolio ManagementOracle Cloud CertificationsPrior American Express (AMEX) experiencePMP CertificationRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.10+ years of IT experience with significant Oracle Program Management expertise.Demonstrated success leading enterprise Oracle Cloud migration programs.Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and Oracle EPM transformation initiatives.Proven ability to manage enterprise-scale programs with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Strong executive communication and leadership skills.Experience managing enterprise delivery with minimal supervision.
