To that end, please do not include wage or salary information in your resume or other profile or application materials .Position Overview The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) is seeking to hire a Spanish-speaking Office Coordinator for the Office of Environmental Justice. This position is responsible for preparing public notification letters using scientific terms, responding to phone and email inquiries, assisting with Spanish translation, and maintaining tracking databases. We invite all qualified candidates to apply.Essential Functions Provides secretarial and complex office support functions for the technical and professional staff of the Office of Environmental Justice.Serves as front-line support for the Office of Environmental Justice by responding to inquiries from the public and agency personnel.Conducts database and website queries to retrieve and analyze information, generates metrics, and reports, and provides comprehensive administrative and office support.Maintains current knowledge of policies, procedures, and emerging technologies impacting the Office of Environmental Justice.
