Cypress, CA.Requirements5-7 years of Project Management facilities or new construction experienceFacility Management experienceMEP and low voltage controls experience is a plusMust have a reliable vehicleTravel up to 10% or as neededBachelor's or Associate's Degree, or equivalent work experience of at least five yearsPMI PMP (Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional) certification preferred or ability to obtain certification within 6 months of employmentResponsibilitiesUnderstand PMI methodology and key knowledge areas: Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk, and Procurement Management.Understand contract terms and conditions, customer expectations at a detailed level, and take ownership for outcomes.Work closely with the customer to ensure alignment with contract requirements and operational policies.Manage construction activities including reviewing drawings and specifications, participating in design meetings, providing best practices, commissioning, construction site evaluations, and inspections.Communicate and coordinate: responsible for communication and status reporting to project staff, customer, and management.Develop work plans, manage project resources, assign duties and responsibilities, define scope of authority, and provide technical advice and problem resolution for all project aspects.Track project expenditures and installation progress through reviews of status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules/plans as required.Maintain full financial accountability to the project.CompensationEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $48.00 Per HourJ-18808-Ljbffr
