The role involves analyzing data, evaluating AI-generated responses, providing high-quality written feedback, and completing research and reasoning-based tasks across different topics.Prior AI experience is not required. Candidates with strong critical thinking, communication, and attention to detail are encouraged to apply.Role ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, evaluate, and annotate different types of data for AI training and validation.Review AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, clarity, and quality.Provide clear and structured written feedback based on project guidelines.Complete research, reasoning, and problem-solving tasks across multiple domains.Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in model outputs.Follow detailed guidelines and quality standards consistently.Collaborate remotely and communicate findings effectively.Key RequirementsExcellent written and spoken English.Strong critical thinking and analytical reasoning.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.Comfortable handling tasks across a variety of topics.Preferred SkillsPrevious experience in data annotation, data labeling, content review, research, QA, AI evaluation, or similar work is a plus.Familiarity with AI tools or AI training projects is beneficial but not mandatory.Experience working in remote or digital-first environments.Application ProcessSubmit your application and updated profile/resume.Complete the required AI Interview / Assessment.Profile and quality evaluation.Selected candidates receive onboarding and project details.
