Bartender

Looking to hire an experienced bartender for a cocktail lounge in RiNo Art District. A positive attitude and strong work ethic is a must (as in, you actually enjoy the profession of bartending). The job entails bar service as well as table service. A minimum of 2 years craft cocktail experience and knowledge of classic cocktails is required. Knowledge of advanced techniques such as nitrogen extraction, fat washing, cocktail smoking, egg white cocktails and ice carving preferred. Basic knowledge of wine and beer is also required. Weekend availability is a must.
