Position Type: Part-Time (10-20 hours per week)
Rate: $18-$22/hr

Who we are looking for:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Office and Customer Service Manager to join our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while delivering exceptional service to our families.
Job Summary: The Office and Customer Service Manager will oversee the daily administrative functions of the learning center and manage customer service operations. This role involves coordinating office activities, supporting staff, and ensuring a positive experience for our employees and clients.
Responsibilities:
Office Management:
-Supervise office staff and manage schedules.
-Maintain and organize office documents, update bulletin boards, and track supply inventory.
-Process billing, invoicing, and financial transactions.
-Ensure the facility is cleaned regularly and organized.
-Maintain safety policies and employee professional standards.
-Recognize, confront, and resolve problems.
-Perform other duties as required.
Customer Service:
-Act as the primary point of contact for parents and guardians on-site.
-Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
-Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
-Coordinate and conduct tours and orientations for new families.
-Perform other duties as required
Administrative Support:
-Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
-Schedule and organize meetings, events, and staff training sessions.
-Monitor and report on office performance and customer service.
-Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma Required, BA preferred
-Minimum of 1 year of experience in office management or customer service roles, ideally in an educational or childcare setting.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Proficient in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, POS systems).
-Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
-Passion for working with children and families.
