Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator Trilogy Resources is a growing, family-owned-and-operated company in a fast-paced industry. We specialize in providing high-quality equipment and services to the pipeline, construction, oil & gas industry. We are currently seeking a dependable, detailed-oriented Project Coordinator to lead multiple field projects from planning through completion. This position will work closely with the President, Vice President of Operations and customers to manage schedules, estimates, time sheets, and project documentation. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience and strong understanding of project execution in demanding industrial environments. Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor multiple projects simultaneously across various customer sites Track project progress, milestones, labor utilization, equipment deployment, and completion status Assist with project planning, job reviews, and pre-job meetings Monitor projects costs, labor hours, equipment usage, and productivity metrics Attend pre-bid meetings and perform site walks Assist with customer updates, project reporting, and closeout documentation Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Must possess a valid Driver’s License Preferred experience in projects, maintenance services, or related field operations Experience coordinating or managing multiple projects simultaneously Ability to interpret project scopes, schedules, and operational requirements Excellence organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and leadership abilities Ability to use Mac Operating System Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of QuickBooks Online Experience working in refineries, midstream facilities, petrochemical plants, or industrial service environments Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent). Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial safety requirements Experience coordinating maintenance projects Environment This position is office-bases, with occasional site visits as needed. Site visits may involve outdoor conditions, construction noise, and varying temperatures.
