Director of Sales

Mackenzie Stuart is working on behalf of a global leader within the Warehouse Automation Industry who is looking for a high-performing Director of Sales. This role will be dedicated to accelerating growth and hunting to build strong client partnerships across the US market.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies for integrated solutions, focusing on ASRS shuttle, totes, WES and SaaS solutions.Focus on hunting and nurturing relationships across various industries including 3PL, Retail, e-commerce, Food & Beverage throughout the US.Prospect, qualify, and manage new sales leads to expand business opportunities.Uncover and understand individual customer needs and align products and services to meet those needs effectively.Plan and coordinate the penetration of the US marketFocus on increasing revenue, market adoption, and capturing market share while ensuring sales numbers and profit goals are met.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in an Engineering, Business or industry relevant fields.Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales.Experience in actively acquiring new clients and logosAbility to build strong relationships with key customer bases.Effective presentation and sales skillsTravel when required to clients.Due to high application volumes, if you haven’t heard back within 14 days, please assume your application has not been successful.
