Production Tester

Production Tester SHIFT: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to: Test and troubleshoot production assemblies. Provide RMA test support as required on field returns. Function as part of a dynamic team. Maintain and meet production requirements through Team scheduling and quality meetings. Problem-solving within a team environment using the problem-solving principles from SPC and TQC QUALIFICATIONS: Test experience in a manufacturing environment desired. Electronics education or combination of education and experience. Must be able to read and follow written test and assembly processes and procedures. Ability to read/comprehend schematics and wiring diagrams helpful. Experience/training in the use of oscilloscope, DMM, personal computers, and hand tools. Prior experience with In-Circuit Test (Bed of Nails) desired. Training or certification in IPC-A-610 helpful. Experience in electronics manufacturing/test coveted. Strong communication skills in both written and oral English Computer literate (i.e. Windows, Excel, Word) In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $19.00-22.00 per hour (for hourly employees) Full-time employees are also eligible for performance based bonuses and benefits.
