ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSThe Regional Director of Operations oversees the performance and operations of multiple outpatient care centers across South Florida. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing patient experience, advancing value-based care initiatives, and ensuring strong financial performance. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESRegional Operations LeadershipOversee operations across multiple care centers, ensuring consistent execution of clinical operations, patient access, and service standardsOptimize workflows, staffing models, and capacity to improve efficiency and patient flowFinancial & P&L AccountabilityOwn regional financial performance, including revenue growth, cost management, and margin improvementPartner with finance and revenue cycle teams to ensure accurate coding, documentation, and reimbursementValue-Based Care ExecutionLead operational strategies supporting value-based and risk-based care modelsCollaborate with clinical leadership to improve quality outcomes, close care gaps, and advance population health initiativesPatient Experience & AccessEnsure a high-quality, patient-centered experience with timely access and coordinated care across all sitesIdentify and address barriers to care and reduce fragmentationLeadership & Team DevelopmentLead and develop Practice Administrators and site leaders, driving accountability and performanceBuild leadership pipeline through coaching and succession planningCompliance & QualityEnsure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards, including quality and accreditation guidelinesPromote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvementStrategy & GrowthSupport regional expansion initiatives, including new site openings and practice integrationsPartner with senior leadership on strategic planning and market growthPerformance ManagementUse data and analytics to monitor performance and drive decision-makingLead performance reviews and implement action plans to address gapsSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis role includes direct supervisory responsibility over regional operational leaders and site administratorsQUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required; Master’s degree preferredMinimum of 8 years of healthcare operations experience, including multi-site leadershipStrong knowledge of risk-based reimbursement and value-based care modelsDemonstrated P&L management experience and operational performance improvementProficiency with EMR systems and healthcare technologiesStrong leadership, communication, and project management skillsExperience in the South Florida healthcare market preferredBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
