Groundman - Telecom

Aerial Fiber Groundman shall possess the desire to work with ADSS fiber. At a minimum, the applicant shall be familiar with telecommunications lines, bucket trucks, and poles and the functionality of each Responsibilities: Completion of aerial fiber optic construction using ADSS fiber. Use of tools, equipment, and ladders to complete a project. Additional Duties as assigned. Completion of daily cup sheets to document work performed. Clean and maintain all supplies and equipment Qualifications: Have the ability to work well with others. Proficient in the use of Lineman tools and equipment. Ability to read construction prints Proficient in the use of telecom construction equipment. (Aerial Lifts, Dozers, Lashers, Meters, Plows, etc.) Have the ability to climb poles. Authorized to work in the United States. Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check. the ability to work safely, with or without supervision; the ability to work standing, at shoulder height and overhead, for extended periods; excellent manual dexterity; the ability to follow instructions and communicate verbally and in writing; the ability to fully understand and operate equipment, including, but not limited to an aerial lift device, lasher, and hand too Benefits: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401 (k) Matching Paid time off
