Project Management Officer

Manage and optimize the OnePlan platform to support portfolio, project, and resource management. Partner with PMO and business stakeholders to improve governance, reporting, and decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and configure OnePlan (workflows, fields, resource and financial planning)Align platform with PMO processes (intake, governance, prioritization)Build dashboards, reports, and Excel-based analyticsEnsure data quality, user adoption, and process improvementsConduct training sessions and support end usersAct as primary contact for vendor support and system upgradesMaintain documentation, standards, and best practicesSupport integrations and continuous improvement initiativesRequired Qualifications3–6 years of OnePlan or similar PPM tool experienceStrong knowledge of project, portfolio, and resource managementAdvanced Excel skills (pivots, formulas, data analysis)Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with PMO or governance frameworksKey SkillsProblem-solving and ownership mindsetProcess-driven and detail-orientedStrong collaboration and communication
