Job Summary
Collaboration is a key part of our culture and comes easy for groups that have developed meaningful connections. As a key member of our team, the People & Culture Program Coordinator creates and facilitates meaningful, welcoming and collaborative experiences for all our employees.
This position reports to the SVP of People and offers an opportunity for growth within the People team.
Location: Hybrid; St. Louis, MO office (Webster Groves)
Responsibilities:
Support department goals of building a People-First Company Culture that empowers our global team to win together
Coordinate best-in-class experiences for our global team, including onboarding, offboarding, Expert Culture events, training, and development activities that enable employees to hit the ground running
Create an engaging environment for all employees, providing a white glove experience throughout the process
Build and maintain Company Employee Connect site in Confluence and prepare regular corporate communications and materials using Zoom, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Plan and facilitate employee activities, including collaboration meetings, performance reviews and quarterly touch bases that enhance the employee experience
Manage on-going product training schedules
Facilitate and lead engagement projects and activities that impact the employee experience
Lead planning efforts for team activities, corporate challenges and social events
Promote, organize, and facilitate employee wellness and engagement programs, as well as philanthropy activities
Provide administrative support to the SVP of People and People team
Competencies:
The ideal candidate will have a firm understanding and practical experience with EX and / or UX principals
Exceptional relationship building skills and above average written and verbal communication skills required
Strong organization, scheduling, coordination, and time management skills required
The People team leverages technology to create efficient, automated and accessible communications
Above average Slack, Zoom, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Office and/or G-Suite skills are required, and experience with Confluence, Google Sites, or other web building tools is highly desired
Strong ability to prioritize deliverables and self-manage deadlines
Understanding of what it means to be a Brand Ambassador

Our Ideal Candidate Has:
4+ years of professional experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
2+ years of EX or UX experience or 4+ years of Executive Admin, Project Admin/Coordination, or HR Generalist experience is desired
