We’re building one of the most recognizable food brands inNew Jersey through storytelling, community, and high-volume creative output.We’re looking for a hungry, creative, fast-moving videographer who understands internet culture,cinematic food content, and how to create videos that actually perform online.Role OverviewThis is not a traditional “camera operator” role.You’ll help document and shape the visual identity of the brand across TikTok, Instagram Reels,YouTube Shorts, commercials, campaigns, events, product launches, and community activations.You should be equally comfortable:filming fast-paced POV food contentcapturing cinematic lifestyle momentsediting social-first content quickly, and bringing creative ideas to the tableThe ideal person understands both:1. how to make content look premium2. how to make content perform.Responsibilities Content ProductionShoot short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube ShortsCapture POV sandwich builds, ASMR food content, lifestyle shots, interviews, events, and campaignsFilm both planned shoots and spontaneous “in-the-moment” contentHelp execute weekly content calendars and marketing campaignsCapture community activations, partnerships, catering events, and store openingsEditingEdit engaging social-first videos with strong pacing and hooksAdd captions, transitions, music, sound design, and platform-native formattingDeliver fast turnaround edits while maintaining qualityOrganize footage and maintain clean file systemsCreative DirectionContribute ideas for viral concepts, campaigns, and recurring content formatsStay on top of social trends, editing styles, and platform behaviorHelp evolve the visual identity of O’Bagel and Mile Square CaféThink beyond “just filming”, help create moments worth sharingTeam CollaborationWork closely with the marketing team, designers, editors, and leadershipParticipate in weekly content planning meetingsCollaborate with creators, influencers, ambassadors, and outside partnersTake feedback well and iterate quicklyQualificationsMust HaveExperience shooting and editing short-form social media contentStrong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and internet cultureProficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar editing softwareAbility to work quickly in fast-paced environmentsStrong storytelling instincts and attention to detailReliable transportation for shoots/eventsBonus PointsExperience filming food/hospitality contentPhotography skillsMotion graphics knowledgeExperience with Sony/Canon cinema camerasUnderstanding of lighting and sound designExperience growing social media pages through contentWhat We’re Looking ForWe want someone who:Obsesses over creating great contentNotices trends before everyone elseMoves fast without needing constant directionTakes pride in qualityWants to build something bigger than just another social pageThinks like a creator AND an operatorCompensation & GrowthCompetitive pay based on experienceOpportunity for long-term growth with a rapidly expanding brandAccess to major campaigns, events, partnerships, and creative projectsAbility to build a portfolio with millions of monthly organic views
