We are seeking a passionate Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle Management team (RCM). Your Role in Our Mission The RCM AR Specialist supports the Revenue Cycle Management team by performing timely and accurate follow-up on outstanding claims, denials, and unpaid balances. This role researches issues impacting payment, collaborates with internal departments and funding sources, and ensures all potential revenue is captured and billed. The AR Specialist contributes to denial management, charge entry accuracy, and resolution of aging accounts to support overall revenue cycle performance. Why Join Us? Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly salary: $21.63-25.00 for this full-time non-exempt position Monday to Friday; 8 am 5 pm Generous paid time off and paid holidays Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits Life and Disability Insurance (company paid) 403(b) Retirement Plan Employee Assistance Program and legal services support Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) qualifying employer What We're Looking For Education: High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 1 year experience billing Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) in healthcare or behavioral health billing or AR Ability to analyze and interpret issues in billing, data collection, and accounts receivable. Skills: organizational skills and attention to detail. Dependability is a must! Technically savvy. Valid driver's license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel
