Your specific duties will include:Providing direct support to underwriters by coordinating documentation and conditions between consumers and underwriters to complete credit qualifications for assumption transactions.Reviewing various loan documents and demonstrating a thorough understanding of mortgage servicing and loan origination processes.Understanding and adhering to service levels within compliance standards. Required qualifications for the position include:High School diploma or equivalent.3–5 years of mortgage processing experience supporting underwriting activities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to effectively manage priorities, along with strong time management skills. Pay Rate: $45.00 per hour. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
