FLEX RECORDS SPECIALIST

Under general supervision of the Records Office Supervisor, this position performs a wide variety of clerical, administrative and general office duties by providing information and assistance as requested by the public, courts, city and county attorney offices, legal firms, insurance companies and other department employees.Knowledge of current office procedures and computer systems and Public Safety operations and organization.Requires spelling, grammar and punctuation proficiency.Ability to perform general clerical work including maintenance of records and compile information for reports.Ability to type or word process at a speed necessary for successful job performance and to operate a variety of office equipment and systems.Ability to deal effectively with other employees and the public.Skill in the operation of a computer and its various programs.Requires graduation from high school, or equivalent.Individual starting salary will depend on qualifications, certifications, and experience.This will be a part time position with the need to be flexable with hours and days worked ranging from 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday through Fridays.Those interested in applying should submit their application online.
