Medical Director $150,000-$170,000 based on experience Plus, a sign‑on bonus Relocation bonus eligible! WHAT YOU’LL DO Examine and diagnose diseases and injuries in pets, primarily dogs and cats, providing surgical and medical treatment Collaborate within our veterinary network and communicate effectively with referring veterinarians Participate in ongoing education, seminars, and training to maintain expertise in your field Lead and supervise the clinic team, working alongside the Hospital Manager on financial matters Partner with the Regional Operations Manager and Hospital Manager to uphold high standards and deliver superior patient care Administer core vaccinations and provide wellness counseling to clients Perform dental procedures Contribute to creating an enjoyable workplace environment for staff, clients, and pet(s) BENEFITS Great pay with competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage 401K with a company match of up to 4% after 6 months of service Generous paid time off Company‑paid bonding leave Employer‑assisted student loan repayment Pet Care: Discounts on veterinary services and products Pet Diagnostics: Discounts on reference lab testing Pet Food: Discounts on Purina pet foods Pet Insurance: Discounts available with our preferred vendor Employment will require the successful completion of references and a background check.
