Tech Lead (On-shore)Our client, a Big 4 consulting firm, is seeking a Tech Lead to join a Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics engagement within their Advisory Line of Service.Role OverviewIn this role, you will serve as the on-shore Tech Lead, managing application development capacity in close coordination with an off-shore team based in India. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical delivery of a specific backlog within a complex enterprise environment.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience. Architecture: Expertise in Application Architecture and Integration Architecture. Development: Strong proficiency in .NET. Methodology: Proven experience with Agile and Scrum (CSP or CSPO certifications preferred). DevOps: Familiarity with DevOps technologies (e.g., Jenkins, SonarQube, Git, Docker, etc.). Database Management: Experience with Database Schema Management (e.g., DB Deploy, Flyway).
