Delivery Manager
Role :Delivery Manager Location : St Louis, MO (Onsite) Full-Time JD -Delivery AccountabilityOwn end-to-end delivery health across all active SOWs -quality, velocity, SLA adherence, and milestone trackingManage escalations swiftly and visiblyWork closely with the India delivery team and US-based technical leads to maintain delivery rhythm and resolve blockersDrive the onboarding and ramp plan for new team members joining the engagement -ensure they meet Customer’s standards before client exposureProgram GovernanceMaintain the engagement health dashboard -RAG status, financials, headcount, and forecastOwn the SOW scope boundary -track change requests, flag scope creep early, and coordinate with the Engagement Director on commercial implicationsEnsure all Customer compliance, security, and access requirements are met for the full delivery teamCoordinate with the Project managers, PMO Lead on reporting, RAID logs, and action trackingPeople and TeamPartner with HR and recruitment on onboarding, retention, and performance of client-facing team membersRepresent the India team's work credibly to Customer -translate offshore delivery into client-visible outcomesSkillset15 to 20 years of overall IT experience, with at least 10 plus years in client-facing delivery management rolesPrior experience managing large-scale technology delivery engagement for Fortune 500 clients -financial services or payments strongly preferredProven track record of managing distributed India-US delivery teamsStrong understanding of payments technology -card networks, payment processing, digital payments, or adjacent domainsExcellent executive communication skills -comfortable presenting to C-level and VP-level stakeholders at a sophisticated client like MastercardUS work authorization -must be based in or willing to relocate to St. Louis, MissouriStrong PreferencePrior experience working with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or similar global payment networkFamiliarity with MSA-level contract management and SOW governanceExperience managing a bench-to-billing ramp -identifying, onboarding, and deploying large teams under time pressureGitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development delivery experience
