Pipefitter Apprentice

Trillium Construction is now hiring pipefitter apprentices in Norfolk, VA!!!! Pipefitter Helpers with a minimum of three (3) years of commercial construction experience will assist Journeyman Pipefitters in the installation of chilled water and condenser water piping systems for a large commercial project. Responsibilities include measuring, cutting, threading, and assembling pipe; installing hangers, supports, valves, and fittings; staging and transporting materials; and assisting with system installation according to project specifications and safety standards. Candidates should be familiar with common pipefitting tools, able to read a tape measure accurately, and capable of working in a fast-paced commercial construction environment. Pay: $30/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday 40 hours a week (will ramp up to 6-10's) Qualifications: -3+ years of commercial construction experience -Able to pass pre-employment screenings Trillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
