You'll join a team that values collaboration, workplace flexibility, and long-term opportunity.What We OfferCompetitive base pay: $70,000 - $90,000 per yearHealth, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with company match and disability coveragePaid time off, sick time, and holidaysTuition reimbursement and professional trainingRecognition programs and growth opportunitiesFree Calm membership for you and up to five othersWhat You'll DoProvide relocation assistance services in compliance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 and applicable project guidelines and regulations.Support the Project Manager and project team throughout the right-of-way lifecycle for federally funded road projects.Prepare real estate documents, conduct property ownership and boundary research, and coordinate with property owners and their representatives regarding relocations.Perform administrative tasks such as preparing legal documents, reports, and correspondence; attending meetings; managing project files; and maintaining accurate data entry and documentation.Engage in verbal and written communications with customers to provide high-quality customer service and ensure clear, professional interactions.Potentially expand responsibilities to include real property acquisition and work on projects for various clients across the NYC boroughs, Long Island, and the lower Hudson Valley.We are looking for someone whoWorks efficiently and effectively under tight deadlinesCan prioritize and balance multiple tasksDemonstrates strong organization and planning skillsIs analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learnHas excellent written and verbal communication skillsThrives in a fast-paced administrative settingCan adapt to new systems and software environmentsMinimum of one (1) year of Right of Way experience performing relocations and acquisitions under a structured local, state, or federal programExperience utilizing the Uniform Relocation ActMust have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systemsValid Driver's LicenseRelocation and per diem are not providedReady to Apply?Make your mark on projects that matter. Substantial repetitive movements of the wrists, hands and/or fingers due to high amounts of computer usage and typing. Expected to spend long spans of time in front of a computer screen. Able to read, understand and interpret department related documents and data. This is a largely sedentary role; however, the employee is occasionally required to move about inside the office to access files, office equipment and to interact with other members of the staff.
