About The RoleWe are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our vibrant and dedicated team in North Miami, FL. This is a full-time, employee position (Monday through Friday) based out of our multidisciplinary clinic. You will work alongside a supportive group of therapists who are passionate about helping children reach their full potential. Whether you're a seasoned clinician or a Clinical Fellow (CF), we offer the guidance and mentorship you need to thrive.Experience in pediatric therapy is essential, and experience with feeding therapy is a strong plus. We welcome professionals who are excited to grow in a collaborative and resource-rich environment.4. Qualifications What You'll DoProvide speech and language therapy to pediatric clients in our clinic and via teletherapy.Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and client goals.Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team (OTs, MTs, ATs) to ensure holistic care.Document evaluations, progress notes, and session reports in a timely manner.Communicate regularly with families to review progress and provide guidance.Participate in training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.Engage in monthly team bonding events and maintain active communication via our internal support platform.Support the Medicaid credentialing process, if not already enrolled.Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.Florida SLPA license (required).Pediatric experience preferred.Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.Strong communication and organizational skills.Basic computer proficiency and access to a computer.Reliable transportation.Clean background check.BenefitsCompensation: $27-$38 hourHealth insurance stipendUnlimited CEU subscription401K PlanToys and therapy materials providedDesignated office spaceExtensive training and ongoing mentorshipMonthly team-building events and happy hoursEqual Opportunity EmployerAlways Keep Progressing, LLC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
