Serving a diverse array of industries, from government to finance, retail, and manufacturing, PruTech operates from strategic locations including New York City, Washington DC, North Carolina, and boasts a nearshore office in Mexico City and multiple offshore offices in India.With over two decades of experience in Information Technology and system integration, PruTech offers a comprehensive suite of services to meet evolving technological needs:Project-based system integrationCustom software solutionsPackage implementationsConsulting and advisory servicesBig data and analyticsNearshore and offshore servicesAt PruTech, we are dedicated to shaping the future of technology and driving success for our clients through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships.Job DescriptionDirector of Digital Marketing Location: 111 Broadway, Suite 800, New York, NY 10006Hybrid - 3-4 days in officeWe’re looking for someone who can turn insights into imaginative campaigns, elevate brand expression in digital spaces, and continuously experiment with new ways to engage audiences.What You Will Own Lead the development and execution of PruTech’s digital marketing strategy across SEO/SEM, paid search, display, email, and social media channels Own website performance and user experience, including content strategy, UX optimization, page performance, and conversion rate optimization to ensure a strong and consistent digital presence Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns with a focus on driving qualified traffic, pipeline growth, and brand awareness Lead SEO strategy and execution, including keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, and authority-building initiatives to improve organic visibility and search performance Develop and manage email marketing programs, including lifecycle campaigns, newsletters, and targeted outreach, ensuring messaging is relevant, consistent, and performance-driven Shape and grow PruTech’s social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn, through thoughtful content planning, storytelling, and engagement strategies aligned with brand voice and business goals Bring a modern, creative perspective to digital communications, ensuring campaigns are visually and verbally compelling while maintaining brand consistency and professionalism Establish and maintain KPI frameworks and performance dashboards, providing clear reporting and actionable insights on traffic, engagement, lead generation, and ROI Partner with the Director of Marketing Materials to ensure alignment between digital campaigns and broader brand and content initiatives Support business development and proposal efforts with digital insights, competitive intelligence, and performance reporting that informs strategy Evaluate and manage the digital marketing technology stack (CRM, analytics, automation tools), ensuring systems are integrated, efficient, and scalable Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement Manage external partners, including agencies and freelancers, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with business objectivesRequired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred) 5-7+ years of digital marketing experience Proven track record managing multi-channel digital campaigns with measurable results in the B2B or tech sector. Deep expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), and marketing automation tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy. Experience managing CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo). Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred) 5-7+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
