Temporary Executive Assistant

A company is looking for a Temporary Executive Assistant to support senior executives in a financial services environment. Key Responsibilities:Manage complex calendars and scheduling for four senior executives, resolving conflicts and prioritizing tasks Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries and briefings Assist with project coordination, including maintaining project trackers, facilitating meetings, and managing communication with stakeholdersRequired Qualifications:Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience in project coordination or program management Familiarity with budget tracking and financial reporting Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, transformative environment
