This is a great opportunity for someone with accounting systems, ERP conversion, or financial operations experience who enjoys process improvement, data management, and cross-functional collaboration.About the OrganizationMission-driven nonprofit supporting human services and retail programsStable, supportive, and well-resourced environmentOrganization currently experiencing growth and expansionFree on-site parkingDirect exposure to a Sage Intacct implementation projectResponsibilities of the Implementation Support SpecialistSupport the Sage Intacct implementation and conversion processThe Implementation Support Specialist will assist with data extraction, validation, mapping, and migration activitiesBuild and maintain import templates and supporting documentationReview financial and operational data for accuracy and completenessThe Implementation Support Specialist will coordinate with internal departments and implementation partners throughout the projectCreate backup documentation, process guides, and workflow materialsThe Implementation Support Specialist will assist with testing, troubleshooting, and post-conversion support as neededQualifications of the Implementation Support Specialist RolePrior experience supporting an ERP, accounting software, or system conversion project preferredExperience with Sage Intacct or other ERP/accounting systems strongly preferredStrong Excel and data management skillsBackground in accounting, finance, AP/AR, financial systems, or business operations preferredDetail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and collaboration skillsPreferred ExperienceSage Intacct implementation exposureNonprofit or fund accounting experienceData migration, data mapping, or reporting experienceExperience creating SOPs or process documentation #INMAY2026
