We partner with organizations across the retail ecosystem to leverage data platforms and ai/ml capabilities that enhance customer journeys, privacy, and governance.Our client are seeking a strategic Technical Product Manager will oversee two vital domains: a data science pod enabling ai/ml-powered customer personalization and a customer data platform squad handling enterprise client data, identity resolution, and privacy governance. this role requires close collaboration with engineering and data science to deliver scalable, customer-facing solutions aligned with business strategy.Key Responsibilities:Steer the development of product capabilities around customer data, ai/ml initiatives, and governance within marketing technology.Direct reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing Technologies; cross-functional collaboration with personalization, customer care, marketplaces, data science, engineering, and privacy teams.articulate product vision, craft roadmaps, and implement prioritization frameworks; scale the product team as needed.Demonstrate progress via demos and executive briefings to ensure alignment with business objectivesRequirements:7+ years' experience with proven technical product management experience with data platforms and AI/ML literacy.Strong understanding of governance and data privacy best practices; adept at stakeholder management.Ability to establish vision, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes; collaborative cross-functional mindset.Experience working within Cloud Platforms or similar tools (e.g. GCP, AWS, Snowflake, Data Bricks and etc.).
