Company Description Blume Mechanical, LLC is a leading company committed to delivering exceptional services and solutions within the mechanical industry.Blume Mechanical is currently hiring a Safety Coordinator to support active construction operations and help maintain a strong safety culture across our job sites. This position will report directly to the Company Safety Director.📍 Current project location: Palmetto, FloridaKey Responsibilities:Conduct job site safety inspectionsEnforce OSHA and site-specific safety requirementsInvestigate incidents and near missesLead orientations and toolbox talksReview JHAs/AHAs and lift plansMaintain safety documentation and reportsCoordinate with project teams and GC safety personnelQualifications:2–5+ years of construction safety experienceOSHA 30 Construction (required)Knowledge of OSHA 1926 standardsMechanical construction experienceStrong communication and organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications:Bilingual (English/Spanish)BCSP or equivalent certificationFirst Aid/CPR certifiedThis position requires flexibility in scheduling based on project needs, as well as the ability to work at heights and perform extended periods of standing, walking, climbing, and lifting in excess of 50 pounds.To apply, send resumes to frontdesk@blumemechanical.comor apply online atwww.blumemechanical.com
