This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and interested in gaining experience in the automotive manufacturing industry. Training ScheduleAll selected candidates must complete one week of paid training on 1st shift before transitioning to the assigned schedule. Training: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM (1 week) Regular Work ScheduleAfter successful completion of training, employees will move to: 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Pay: $16.00 per hour Job ResponsibilitiesInspect automotive parts and components for defects or quality concerns. Perform visual inspections according to customer specifications and quality standards. Sort, rework, or contain non-conforming materials as instructed. Document inspection results accurately and completely. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all safety procedures and work instructions. Work effectively as part of a team to meet production and quality goals. QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience is a plus but not required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable attendance and punctuality are required. Must be able to successfully complete 1st shift training before transitioning to 3rd shift. Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
