Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus availableOpportunity:/nRadiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology/n/nJob Details:/n• Work 10-hour day shifts as Interventional Radiology Technologist/n• Handle 8-12 patient caseload daily/n• Weekend call required - 1 full weekend per month/n• On-call responsibilities approximately 7-10 days per month/n• STEMI Call team must respond within 30 minutes of activation with 2-hour call back guarantee/n• Must have strong catheterization lab experience and ability to work in interventional radiology/n• 3 years of experience required/n• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations/n• Perform elective catheterizations (diagnostic and interventions), right heart catheterizations, STEMI procedures, IABP, and pacemaker procedures/n• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT registration plus MD license, or RCIS certification/n• Skills include angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, insertion/programming of AICDs, pacemaker insertion, scrub technique maintaining sterile field, and temporary pacemaker procedures/n• Use Cerner and McKesson charting systems/n• Scrubs provided by facility/n• Must pass nicotine and cotinine drug screening - strict no-tobacco policy/n• May float within hospital or to affiliate hospital nearby/n• Complete 4-6 hours of non-billable modules during orientation and annually through Relias/Net Learning portal/n/nFacility:/nThis acute care hospital is a 360-bed Level II Trauma center providing comprehensive medical services to the community.
