The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with referring physicians and healthcare providers, promoting our services, and driving patient referrals. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for healthcare marketing.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic outreach initiatives to increase physician referrals and expand our network of referring providers. Identify and establish relationships with key physicians, medical groups, and healthcare organizations in the community. Coordinate and conduct regular visits to physician offices, clinics, and hospitals to promote the services offered by Digestive and Liver Center of Florida. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials tailored to referring physicians and healthcare providers. Organize and participate in community events, medical conferences, and health fairs to increase brand awareness and referral opportunities. Track and analyze referral data to measure the effectiveness of outreach efforts and adjust strategies as needed. Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, physician needs, and competitive activity. Act as a liaison between referring physicians and our practice, ensuring excellent communication and follow-up to maintain strong relationships. Assist in the development of marketing plans and campaigns aimed at increasing patient referrals and expanding our presence in the market. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Preferred but not required). Minimum of 2 years of experience in physician outreach, healthcare marketing, or a related field (Preferred but not required). Proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships within the healthcare industry. Strong understanding of the healthcare market, including knowledge of gastroenterology and liver diseases is a plus. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
