Strategy & Planning Analyst
Position Overview JOB DESCRIPTION The Strategy & Planning Analyst will lead to the development and execution of the AMER InfraSols strategy, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives. This role involves taking ownership of strategic initiatives, driving them from conception to completion with minimal supervision. The manager will collaborate closely with the Strategy Director and AMER leader to prepare QBRs, MBRs, and other strategic reports. Additionally, the role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams across different time zones, leading strategic meetings, providing expert support and research, and maintaining a strong focus on both short-term results and long-term vision. The manager will also act as a liaison between the AMER region and global strategy team, ensuring alignment and consistency in strategic initiatives.ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of the AMER InfraSols strategy, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectivesTake ownership of strategic initiatives, driving them from conception to completion with minimal supervisionCollaborate closely with the Strategy Director and AMER leader to prepare QBRs, MBRs, and other strategic reportsDevelop and implement strategic plans and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and delivery.Coordinate with cross-functional teams across different time zones to gather and analyze data, ensuring seamless communication and collaborationLead strategic meetings and discussions with various local departments, focusing on problem-solving and continuous improvementProvide expert support and research into complex problems and processes, offering innovative solutionsMaintain a strong focus on both short-term results and long-term vision, driving continuous improvement and best practice sharingEnsure the smooth operation of the company by effectively supporting management standards, operating models, and facilitating communication across various teamsAlign and coordinate strategy tasks and action points, ensuring clarity and accountabilityPresent findings and recommendations to leadership, demonstrating a deep understanding of the AMER market and strategic prioritiesFoster a culture of continuous improvement, best practice sharing, and process standardizationAct as a liaison between the AMER region and global strategy team, ensuring alignment and consistency in strategic initiativesMonitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely completion and addressing any issues that ariseQualificationsBachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred). Certifications such as PMP are a plus.4-8 years of experience. Experience in an international and culturally diverse organization is a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.The ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and solve complex problems. Good attention to detail.Technical Skills: Advanced experience with ERP financial applications (Oracle preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (experience in Power BI preferred).Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a positive team dynamic. Strong, proven business partnering mentality has the maturity and awareness to strike the right balance between facilitating and challenging the business.Can adapt to change and navigate uncertainty. Ability to effectively manage time and resources against agreed deadlines for activities.
