Position OverviewThe Customer Service Call Center Representative will handle high-volume inbound customer calls, provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and document interactions thoroughly. This position plays an essential role in delivering a positive and consistent customer experience.

RequirementsPrevious call center or customer service experience preferred

Comfortable learning and working with new systems and software
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
Ability to work onsite near Pittsburgh, PA

Pay Details: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour
