Contract and Budget Analyst

A company is looking for a Contract & Budget Analyst responsible for overseeing contracts and budgets in clinical research. Key Responsibilities Develop and review Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) and other contracts to ensure timely execution Identify contract risks and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure understanding of contracts and budgets Manage contract inventory and negotiate commercial contracts as assigned Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience Three (3) or more years of experience in contract and budget management in the clinical research industry Minimum one (1) year of experience developing grant budgets for clinical trials Intermediate knowledge of contract principles and procedures Understanding of clinical trial agreements, budgets, and regulatory compliance requirements
