TEAM LEADER
Job TitleThe Team Lead is responsible for supporting the management team by demonstrating a selling behavior, flourishing in a competitive environment, and promoting a positive work environment and company culture.
Essential Functions:
Assist the store manager/assistant manager with daily operations, activities, and tasks as needed and as assigned.
Support business operations, policies, and procedures.
Perform sales and stock duties (receiving and feeding merchandise, etc.)
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
Ensure the proper display of merchandise and visual presentation of the store.
Oversee all loss prevention methods for the protection of company assets as well as the safety of associates and customers.
Assist the store manager/assistant manager in maintaining company standards for control of cash, merchandise, and other assets.
Develop new sales as well as associate sales.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related area is required and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have a high level of integrity.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Demonstrated experience in working with personal computers and company communication tools.
Physical Demands:
Constant standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, twisting, gripping, and lifting in varying weights from 0 up to 55 lbs.
