Supply Planner
Supply PlannerPhilips is Seeking an experienced Supply Planner who can leverage SAP and strong analytical skills to manage material availability, forecast demand, monitor inventory performance, and communicate supply chain insights to management. This person will play a critical role in connecting engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure uninterrupted supply and on-time product delivery.Key RequirementsStrong SAP experience is required (non-negotiable)Proven analytical and data analysis/reporting skillsExperience creating and delivering presentations to leadership/managementCandidate should be seasoned, not entry-levelBackground in demand and supply planningCore ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end supply planning and material availability for assigned productsMaintain and optimize SAP material master and planning dataPerform daily materials planning adjustments based on demand, inventory, and supply trendsAnalyze inventory levels, forecasts, backlog, KPIs, and supply chain performance metricsConsolidate global shipment data and forecast reportsDevelop and manage Master Production Schedules (MPS)Lead supply reviews and support S&OE planning activitiesManage product phase-in/phase-out transitionsDevelop allocation and shortage mitigation plans during supply constraintsIdentify supply risks and drive corrective actions through cross-functional collaborationServe as a key liaison between Engineering/R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Order Management teamsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Operations Research, Statistics, or related fieldMinimum:2+ years of supply planning/supply chain experience with a Bachelor's degree, OR1+ year of experience with a Master's degreeWhat the Hiring Manager Is PrioritizingSAP expertiseStrong analytical capabilities and reporting skillsSupply & demand planning experienceAbility to present data-driven recommendations to leadershipExperience working across multiple functions (R&D, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistics)What you’ll gain:When you choose to work at Philips you’ll work on life-changing projects; and contribute to innovative health technologies and solutions that improve lives around the world.
