Role Description This is a full-time hybrid position for a Home/Small Business Security Sales Specialist based in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, you will identify and pursue sales opportunities with homeowners and small businesses, build long-term customer relationships, and deliver tailored security solutions. Daily responsibilities include reaching out to prospective clients, conducting needs assessments, presenting customized security and automation options, and meeting or exceeding sales goals, while ensuring customer satisfaction is prioritized. Qualifications Experience in Sales and Small Business operations to actively identify opportunities and achieve sales targetsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationshipsFamiliarity with Finance principles to relay pricing options and payment plans effectivelySelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work environmentProficiency in CRM tools and basic technology platforms is a plusPrevious experience in the security industry or with security products is beneficial but not required
