Job TitleKey Responsibilities:Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dishwasherSort and stack clean dishesTransfer clean dishes to cook's line and other proper storage areasWash pots, pans and trays by handRemove trash and garbage to dumpsterSet up or break down dishwashing areaClean and roll/unroll matsFill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutionsSweep/mop floorsClean restaurant and restrooms as directedWipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dryQualifications/Skills:Possess the ethics and positive attitude that support our values and cultureAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
